We understand that glitches can be frustrating but they are a normal part of any computer system and expected to a certain degree with the amount of hands that are being played every day.
Can't Log In
I Noticed A Glitch
Most of the time, this occurs because you are not writing in the correct username or password or the correct CASE.
Sometimes, this happens because you have not actually registered to play on Canasta Junction EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED THE APP! The FIRST thing you should do when you download the program is to go to ACCOUNTS and SIGN UP.

Resolved: Repeated Hands
This is only an issue on MAC and PC computers when playing LIVE GAMES. If this is your problem, you can either have another player on an iPad and iPhone be the game host OR you can follow these directions to correct the issue:
FOR PC/MAC HOSTS WHO EXPERIENCE AN ISSUE: AFTER THE EACH COMPLETED GAME, WHEN THE COMPUTER ASKS IF YOU WANT TO PLAY ANOTHER GAME, ALL PLAYERS MUST EXIT. After all players have exited one player creates a new game although it can have the same name and password. USE THIS AS AN OPPORTUNITY TO SWITCH PARTNERS AND DEALERS! REPEAT AFTER EVERY COMPLETED GAME (not hand).
Resolved: IPad Users not getting cards
Delete the app from your device. Power off. Power back on. Go to App store and re-download the app. Once in the app, go to ACCOUNT and LOG IN to return to your account.
Resolved "Uneven Teams" Error
This occurs occasionally. We have found that if the LAST player that joined leaves and comes back in again, it resolves the issue.
We are aware of some glitches and are working with our developer to get them corrected. It is not necessary to report every glitch to us. It's safe to assume that someone already has! However, if you prefer, you may complete the form on this page and upload a screen shot.
These are some the known issues in ACE that are being worked on:
Robot partner towards the end of the game, does not complete canastas correctly
Robot opponent occasionally melds with a pair
Computer incorrectly gives player a Talon after their partner's initial meld
My Ranking Hasn't Moved
We can ASSURE you that it has and it does, after every game you play (live, duplicate or Vs. ACE). Progression from Rank to Rank is an algorithm that is designed to make movement from one rank to the next more and more challenging (otherwise where would the fun be!?!) Therefore while you may have moved quickly through Ranks 1 to 20 - moving from 20 to 21 will take much longer. However, as long as you are logged in to your account, every game is counted.
If someone leaves a game, and the AI is engaged, you will get the points for that HAND even though the game didn't finish. The player who leaves does NOT get points.
